My Oarlock Won’t Connect

Scenario
Resolution Steps
XPod is asleep
Shake or swing the oarlock to wake it up. When it wakes up the battery indicator light should illuminate Unclip the XPod and then re-attach it. The battery indicator light should illuminate
XPod needs to be reset
Place the XPod on a charger for 2 minutes. Then replace it on the oarlock and try again
XPod is out of battery
Place the XPod on a charger. If charging, battery indicator light will illuminate
Bluetooth connection has failed
Swap the XPod with another XPod. If the Oarlock connects with a different XPod, the XPod is the issue. Place it on a charger to reset it, and inspect the contacts for damage
