Reprocessing Sessions and Crews
Common Scenarios
Deleted a session from a crew? Reprocess the crew afterward to recalculate metrics without that session.
Want to undo manual interval splits? Reprocess the session to restore automatic interval detection.
How to Reprocess
Reprocessing a Session
- In the sessions tab, find the session you’d like to reprocess
- Click the three-dot menu (⋮) at the right of the table
- Select Reprocess
- Wait a minute and refresh the page to see updated session
Reprocessing a Crew
- In the Crews tab, find the crew that’s missing data
- Click the three-dot menu (⋮) at the right of the table
- Select Reprocess
- Wait a minute and refresh the page to see updated session
