Login to your Team

  1. Navigate to https://www.app.xboat.com
  1. Select the Team profile
  1. Click the "Team" tab in the sidebar menu

Add members

Members help you keep your XBoat data organized, allowing you to assign a team member to each recorded session and crew.

Team members sync with the Rowing Monitor, and athletes can select their name to automatically label uploaded data

  1. In the Team tab, select Add Members in the top right corner
  1. Enter details for each member, you can add multiple at a time!

Select a Role

XBoat supports 2 roles:

Coach:

  • Create & Invite Members
  • View All Member Profiles
  • View & Delete Crews
  • View & Delete Sessions

Athlete:

  • View own Member Profiles
  • View own Sessions
 
  1. Select either Coach or Athlete for each new member
  1. Select Add Members in the bottom right corner when finished

Update a Role

If you’d like to change the user’s access level, you can update their role at any time
