Monitor in Factory Mode

How to reset the monitor if it entered factory (FastBoot) mode

💡

Sometimes the monitor goes into a factory mode if a button is accidentally held down during transit or charging. It’s easily fixed and doesn’t have any lasting effects

What it Looks Like

If you find the monitor in this case, use the volume up button to navigate to Fastboot mode, and using the volume down button, select Fastboot mode.

How to get out of Fastboot Mode

  1. You’ll be directed to this menu on the left - DON’T REBOOT SYSTEM!
  1. Press and hold the power button until the monitor resets. This should bring the monitor back to the home screen, and it’ll be fully operational

This is the Fastboot menu that you’ll be brought to. Don’t select any options and long-press the power button.

If you are brought to any other menu not pictured above, a long-press of the power button will reset the monitor!
