How to Create a New Interval

How to split up detected intervals in the web app to analyze specific segments of a row

For instructions on how to split intervals, select the information icon next to Selected Rowing Intervals on the session view. Or follow these instructrions!

Split Up Interval

  1. Navigate to the session you’re interested in and hover over the detected interval you’d like to change

  1. Hold S + Click where you’d like to split the interval. The red line will appear to indicate the interval is ready to split
Move the curser where you want to split the interval and hold S + click

  1. Select Split in the dialogue box that appears after clicking

  1. Wait one minute and refresh the page to see the two new intervals
You will now see the one large interval split into two

Create a Sub-Interval From Larger Interval

  1. Navigate to the session you’re interested in and hover over the detected interval you’d like to change

  1. While holding C, click where you want the interval to begin, drag the curser across the interval and click where the interval should end.
Hold C and click where you’d like the interval to start. Move the curser across the interval and click again where the interval should end

  1. Select Create Custom Interval from the dialogue box to create the new interval
Select “Create Custom Interval” to finish the new interval creation
Select “Create Custom Interval” to finish the new interval creation
  1. Wait one minute then refresh the page to see the new interval
After refreshing, you’ll now see the new interval in the middle of the old larger interval

‼️

To undo any interval splits, Reprocess the Crew and the intervals will revert back to their original length
